On Saturday 6th of April 2024 at our installation meeting Worshipful Brother Steve Winslow was installed in the Chair of King Solomon at The United Grand Lodge of England, Great Queen Street London.

The meeting was well attended and the ceremony was carried out to an exceptional standard with a number of the members and visitors pitching in to help spread the work.

With the amount of London Lodges looking for venues to dine our Lodge Secretary Worshipful Brother Phil Gibson did extremely well in finding us a home for this and future meetings at The Grange Beauchamp Hotel a few steps from Grand Lodge

As well as being an excellent venue the 3 course meal accompanied with wine was enjoyed by all the Brethren and a great find by Phil Gibson who celebrated finally escaping the office of Lodge Secretary after some 20 Years of excellent service which was recognised by all the Brethren and visitors.

Beacon Light Lodge prides itself on the camaraderie of the Brethren both inside and outside of the lodge and enjoy each others company and can often be found in a local hostelry following the festive board.
