As well as contributing to Masonic Charities Beacon Light also give money to charities of their choice which is decided at the end of a Masters Year or sometimes in case of special needs throughout the course of the Masonic Year. Money is raised by means of a Gift Aid Envelope given out at the Festive Board and also by means of a raffle where members provide prizes to be drawn sometime during the meal and banked into the Lodges Relief Chest which is managed by the Lodges Charity Steward.
